IBM asked Ogilvy New York to create a campaign that would help them recruit women in STEM fields. We came up with the idea of doing a โ€œDay In The Lifeโ€ series of short documentaries featuring three inspiring IBM technologists.

This is the pre-roll ad for the series.

To drive traffic to the recruitment homepage where the documentaries lived, we ran the thirty-second pre-roll ad on YouTube.

The series was a hit, both internally and with recruits, and IBM landed on Working Mother's Top 100 Companies (yet again.)
